We need to utilize this guy more. He had a good game but they didn't throw his way during crunch time.

He was the better WR tonight... even better than Wallace.
 
The product of proper development and patience.

Now we just need more guys like that to turn over.

Well, he sure doesn't drop the ball too often and found open space 11 times at least. I think he played so well that all of a sudden Hartline and Wallace were open again.

When Reggie Wayne got hurt, I was saying we could afford to trade him one of our guys because of how well Matthews was playing. Then Gibson got hurt and now Matthews has replaced him extremely well.
Sadly, though, he's not a 'big play' WR. We only have one 'deep threat' and he's not able to make the big plays for a number of reasons. Wallace is a great decoy, though. It's like Revis was on Wallace island and other guys were making plays. Clay was way too quiet tonight.

Oh, yes. Because they have done it so often. Give me a ****ing break. They got lucky with this guy...plain and simple. You throw enough darts, you get some bullseyes. But don't give me this "proper development and patience bull****."

Wallace is garbage. He should be the 3rd WR and just send the one trick pony deep.
 
I seriously DO NOT get it why they don't play him more. Same thing with Jordan, let them ****ing play a full game for **** sake!
 
Matthews is the reason that I wasn't too high on the Brandon Gibson signing. I thought (and still think) that Matthews would do just fine in the slot role.
 
Wallace should go try and catch like 2,000 balls. Cuz he is stinking the place up.
He couldn't catch a sloth on a molasses hwy. On the big throw to him he clearly could have made the catch. My buds and I all said at the same time Hartline would have caught it. RT was fuking pissed. Not a perfect pass, but still could of moved the chains. Wallace is our new Barbie doll. What a ****ing joke. 60 million. BS
 
Isnt it interesting that our better players are not used. Matthews is only playing due to Gibson's injury. What will it take for Jordan to play? How about Davis and taylor? Maybe even let Gillislee return kicks since Thigpen blows now
