If you're implying that Fox News is "fair and balanced" and totally free from bias then I have a lot of water front property to sell you. Fact of the matter is that all corporate media is biased in order to maximize profits for the corporates they work for. Look up media consolidation. Why do you think no network will touch the issue of corporate subsidies and how corporate welfare costs the country double what social welfare costs? Because they don't want you to know that your tax dollars are being are used to pay for their bonuses while they stash money in other countries to avoid taxes and send the work force in cheaper countries to maximize gain. Fact of the matter is the sooner you get away from that stuff the better you'll be. Doesn't matter what bent it has, it's all intentionally biased. When MSNBC launched it had Ann Coulter as a corespondent, they also later employed Michael Savage. MSNBC openly admitted to shifting more left in 2004 when the war on terror was unpopular
And do you know why? Ratings and a bigger audience to hawk advertisements to. Fox News conversely tells you everyone else is liberal to carve out their own audience that they won't have to compete with other channels for. Market segmentation at its finest and while its smart, it doesn't mean they are any more correct in their coverage as other biased news agencies.

In Florida a Trespass Warning is by legal definition a warrant, warrant, warrant! You go into the data base on a warrant that says if you are seen/witnesses on the premise listed below you will be arrested for trespass. Which is why I said it makes no sense that a innocent bystander/do gooder got one issued on him. Looking at all the info it looks like bouncer said this, Incognito said te opposite, the cops found no evidence to support any arrest and the hotel/bar management said we don't want Richie Incognito as a guest, patron or even in our property. That is how my buddy a Sheriff Deputy I'm Florida defined it to me.

im still reading through this stream, but this quote made me want to respond. after a huge night of drinking with two friends we wound up on the local college campus "wingate university" me...I can be a cool drunk the people im with not so much, my friends were trying to holler at a girl there, security came out, and told them to cut it out, then she came out and told them to cut it out (I was laying in grass), after a minute she said "hey crump I didn't know you were here" I was chill even though my friends were obnoxious. they kept it up. security said cops were called. one friend went and dived in bush, me and other friend ran to my car, when I got to my explorer I said f' it even though my friend cussed me, he ran down road, I lit a cigarette and sat on bumper of explorer and waited on cops. dude in bushes...arrested, dude that ran down highway...arrested, me (my explorer was towed) but was told get off campus you come back and its trespassing, so I walked a mile down street to friends house. so other than my buddies pretty much forcing me to drive to the campus to holler at a girl I was .5 seconds away from trespassing. I did nothing wrong.

Public intoxication? I bet that University has laws/code of conduct about being intoxicated on its property. After multiple warnings your party didn't follow direction and the cops came. Seems to me te only smart decision you made was not driving away because I am sure security would have given local police you explorer and plate number and you would have gotten a DUI. I am willing to bet your car was towed because campus security wanted it off property and you were to drunk to drive no?

I am by no means saying I have done no wrong, but like you when trouble has found me it has been because the actions of others. Like it or not here you were on a college campus drunk, I didn't read you were a student there. You were actually wrong.

I was a bouncer for 13 years here in Tampa and ran security at the most popular clubs in west-central Florida. If one of my bouncers took a swing on a patron first he got fired immediately. No questions asked. I'm assuming that this idiot bouncer is no longer employed by Liv.
