Richie Incognito suspended

F JMart - he is exactly what is wrong with people his age these days. If there was a problem with the organization he could have dealt with it during the offseason or at minimum behind closed doors in the organization as to not harm the rest of the season for his teammates. Instead, in this "Im special" culture that these brats are being raised in he throws a temper tantrum and jeopardizes the benefit of the team so he can "seek treatment." Now Cog is suspended over allegations. Sure, I suppose its ok to beat your girlfriend or drive drunk in the NFL but hurting someone's feelings is a big no-no. Absolute crap.
 
Neither guy is that good at this point but whats worse is they are better than the guys they are starting over who will now play.
Incognito has always been a low character guy some dont realize just because he is a dolphin doesnt change that.
 
To me even if Cog "Bullied" Martin, Martin is not ready for the NFL. He needs to find another line of work. I'm not saying Martin is not right in what he is feeling, but the NFL is not a place for people with a weak mind set. Martin is just as big as Cog if not bigger. If he went to Cog or anyone else in the organization and told them about the problem and nothing was done, Martin should have punched Cog in the face. You hear about fights all the time in the NFL. People get tired of another person doing whatever and they punch the other guy. If Martin felt like he couldn't or wouldn't do that , then Martin is not fit for the NFL. It's the same as a boxer not talking trash before a fight and complains when someone else does and decides not to fight. Do you think this would have happened to Wake if Joey Porter had "Bullied" or intimidated him. Nope. Again, I'm not saying Martin is not right to feel the way he feels. It's just that the line of work he chose is not for him and instead of causing all of this mess walk away and be done with it without the backhanded comments to the press.
 
Bigger question for me is.

Now that Martin is placed on Non football IR and Incog suspended by the team, does that open up roster spots? Do they count against roster number?
 
Well, hopefully Joe Philbin has someone in the organization who's directing all this so he's not distracted from his own job.

Sticking it to us? Guess we should pull a 49ers and let players play after multiple DUIs and gun charges that we "didn't know about" ala Aldon Smith?

Dolphins took intitiative and suspended a player under investigation for some fairly serious stuff. If anything Dolphins organization showed they are willing to cooperate possibly saving them a lawsuit, fine, or lost draft picks.
 
So basically our offensive line is not just a complete mess on the field, but off the field too. Please just flush this entire regime, and Ireland down the toilet.

Dalton had a bad day because our D is good and correct me if im wrong, Atkins wouldn't have helped blocking Wake at all. We won because last Thurs night we were the better team.
 
If this were college football that Dolphins would be put on probation for a lack of institutional control.

No idea what true or false regarding the Martin fiasco but it damn clear from the owner on down this is a team with little leadership.
