Rick Gosselin final mock draft

I would think Kruger could had at 44 pretty easily, I'd certainly take the chance he'd still be there if he was on our radar.

I'm thinking the same thing. Sean Smith is pretty low in this mock- getting him in rd 3 would be nice. I wouldn't mind Antoinne Caldwell or Duke Robinson either. Glad as I am that we signed Jake Grove, I would have been fine with taking Alex Mack at #25.

If the Fins passed on Maualuga to take Kruger in round 1, I feel like there would be a mutiny in Fin land.

Maualaga brings intensity and he's at minimum a two down thumper. But what about 3rd down? I'm not sure, but that's critical. Maybe Jasper Briinkley in a later round.

I know that is the knock on him, and like everyone else, I don't have the answer. I just think his intensity would be huge for the Fins D. I think people questioned whether Ray Lewis could play all 3 downs as well when he came out of the U.

According to Boomer, Kruger has visited with Dolphins a couple of times. However, he would be a surprise in Round 1.

Well thats one wrong for Gosselin. In no way shape or form is "Freddy" Kruger...worth a first round pick.

He's no better than Roth...and the combine and his college stats prove that...and he was what...a second round pick.

I think he is better than Roth but Roth was not worth a first either.

Compare his stats against Roths...Roth had the better college career. Never mind the medical possible problems with having just one kidney.

I'd certainly be very disappointed. I'm still very surprised that many are projecting Rey to fall out of the top 20 picks. If that happens, I think many teams will really regret that decision a few years down the road.
