I don't think that the Ricky fiasco will hurt Saban at all...honestly, what did we lose by bringing Ricky back a year? He gave us a productive year for a back splitting carries. He helped out Ronnie. Without Ricky we might've been 4-12 again, or 5-11 and none of us would be talking about getting big name free agents because no 6-game winning streak means no credibility. We may have lost a draft pick we never had, but I think the 9-7 record is worth more than another 2nd round draft pick and a 5-11 record.

Ricky provided that comfort zone so ronnie could slowly get used to the nfl , instead of throwing him into 30 carries.... even if ricky is suspended/retires..the move has had so much positive on our team.. we should be thankful

I've heard people say it will hurt his credibility. And that he won't be able to bring in troubled players (Marcus Vick/TO) because of the Ricky problem...and things like that...and personally I don't think it should affect him because in my opinion the Ricky project turned out ok.

haha...nice avatar...Cleo Lemon huh? nice...I actually wanna see him in the pre-season by the way...I wanna see what this guy really has.

I don't see any reason it'd hurt him at all.

Even if RW doesn't play another down, it worked out well.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. Saban (not Ricky) in one year has turned us into a Legitimate Playoff Team and maybe AFC EAST CHAMPS.
