Id trade Ricky for TO in a heartbeat. I absolutely hate TO but he puts up in games, he would immediately give us one of the best 1-2 combo's in football with Chambers/Owens. Ricky is just mailing it in and looking to avoid paying back 8 million. Give TO his money and he will show up and play, thats more than we can say for Ricky.
