dam straight even ricky hatted wanny
to bad he just did not come out from day one and said this .
although i think his teamates deep down new it was the real reason ricky quit
i would have been a little more talkative then ricky on the subject but wanny really did pizz many players off including his work horse ricky

Ricky had admitted that he and some other players used "to poke fun" at Wanny's moustache behind his back. :lol:
 
im sure jimmy johnson never would have taken any ****z from his players like wanny did

Ricky probably hated that Wanny had one playbook with one play in it " run ricky up the middle!"

GOOD POST! I have been saying this in several threads. That the real failure was Wanny's. 100%. If Saban wins than he is a winner and everybody loves a winner. When Wanny lost everybody hates him cuz he's a loser! And Why should Ricky be considered to be motivated by any other source than he desire to avoid the losing situation in which Wanny so bleakly created. That's what Wanny did so that what how is remembered forever in Dolphinland. Ricky haters try to reverse this reality. Ricky quit so Wanny lost. No, Wanny lost, over and over and over again and Ricky was supposed to be the center piece of his offense that was in a death spiral, so Ricky quit.


People are hurt by the way Ricky quit but I forgive him his eccentricity - and the formula I use in this equation is the better Ricky performs for the Dolphins the more I forgive him.

What? It was 100% Wannstedt's fault? Come on now, Dave isn't Ricky's dad, Ricky is a big boy and he made his own choices. Like for instance, he chose his workload. To say Wannstedt drove Ricky to marijuana and to quit on his team when he did is a joke. Ricky was a headcase long before Wannstedt and he'll be a headcase no matter who his coach is.
 
I also don't agree with this post. The reason he came to Miami was Dave. This was a completely self centered decision. Don't get me wrong, I dont believe there is anything wrong with what he did. I would have been completely fine with it if he didnt do it a week before camp.

I don't want him back because he won't add anything to this team. He will cause trouble in team chemistry and he won't be here more than two years. Why bother bringing him here? I don't think we are even looking at a title run in the next two years.
