big and generally relaxed and happy. Sorry can't post the link (new to the board) but check out on the official site's insider section, they have the making of the 2005 team photo.

Ricky looks BIG compared to the other running backs although not as big as Ronnie. He looks much bigger than he did this summer.

I was at the Hall of Fame game and he looked homeless and was as thin as a tooth pick. In this video he might even look stronger than Heath Evans (full back). Look at Ricky's shoulders they are HUGE again. His chest is ripped too. He is definitely not just doing the yoga thing, he's hitting heavy weights without a doubt.

I noticed that he seems to be into this team, smiling and hanging out with the boys. He's definitely feeling a part of all this even though he's been suspended. I can't wait for the Bucs game.

The video also has some funny parts. There's one part where Rex Hadnot lays on the ground posing for the camera like how Steve Smith did in the Panthers game and JT messes with him.

Enjoy

yea he does look bigger...when the d line was takin their pics someone screamed something to manny while they were posing...everyone laughed but iunno who said it or what he said

i agree, the more he returns to his old self the better for us, we will be able to have (if the o line can run block) two 1000 yard runners its possible we have 13 games left and that will open the field for us for Chambers to finally get his 1000 yard season and throw in McMicheals or Booker we will be der. Its the beginning of our version of INdy just without the QB (yet) RB Brown & Williams vs EJ & Carthon, WR CHambers, Booker, & Welker vs Wayne (who we might go after next year) Harrison & Shockley, & TE McMicheal vs Clark.

WE win that be a slight margin (Harrison doesnt play well versus Miami)

Can't post the link (not enough post). Just go to miamidolphins.com. Then go to the insider and you'll find it under "the making of 2005 team photo".

He said the official website. That's enough info for me.

Yea, Ricky looks ready, but I also noticed something, something I already knew, but still had no idea, after seeing Ronnie Brown next to other player, I have to admit, Ronnie is a big Dude.....that is very scary once Ronnie starts to fully feel comfortable with this offense and teammates (If he hasn't already).

LMAO! Seau cant count!!! He was in front of 51 and Crowder 52.. He had to be moved after the second photo! lol..

Seems some people just like to complain, but he did say it was in the insider on the official site. Anyway, thanks for the info on the video... can't wait to see Ricky and Ronnie together. :)

I can't wait to see Ronnie and Ricky lining up in the backfield together....you know the opposing team's linebackers are gonna be shaking in their cleats....give the ball to Ronnie and Ricky and then when the D starts to cheat and move up for the tackle, Gus can start faking the handoffs and air it out to McMike and Chambers. :)

What I want to see is Ricky in pads and uniform again and then I will judge if he's regained his core strength and power. His legs use to be HUGE. Those thighs were like tree trunks. When he was about 215 to 220 pounds it looked like the primary area where he had less muscle mass was in his thighs. I'm not worried about his upper body. I want to see those big thighs again man cuz that is what drove Ricky's power.

I Agree Happy Bigger Better Shape I Thought The Same Thing Im Glad

That was the funniest scene, after they snap a few, they realize Junior is out of order....hahahahahaha
