I've been checking the official roster for a couple of days, and they finally added #34 back on. This is surreal, but it looks like it's really happening. Can't wait for TC to start tomorrow!

So he weight in at 226, pretty impressive for someone who was 195 not so long ago and had everyone worried..pretty good size and he still has 4 games and TC to get back to 230-235, his old weight.

I think his ideal weight is around 225 at least when he was in the best shape of his life.

well if he is at 226 and it hasnt even been a month since he weighed 195 and now at 226 4lbs would bring him to 230 he could gain that in 3 days :evil:

for those of you wondering Ricky weighted 128 pounds last year before he quit so he's on target but I doubt he is willing to work for too long. He will quit before the 4 game suspension is over
