Like I said before Nick SaTan:fire: doesnt know how to use Ricky and Ronnie.

When ur backs average over 5 ypc each and they get less than 15 carries each, you know ur coach doesnt know what he is doing. When you have a horrible QB that hasnt been a legit starter for a team since the 1990's there is soemthing wrong. We have had a chance to win every game this year except the Bucs game where we played bad but they played very well.

Im pullin a TO but we cant win w/ Gus as our QB.

Back on Topic Though

Ricky and Ronnie need to be used

3rd and 2 inside the 20 w/ more than 2 minuetes left and the way were running NO question we should have run it.

settle down, i predict everyone will be cheering in two weeks when were 5-5 and in first place in the east then we'll loose to the chargers and everyone will go back to this

With gus as our starter we'll be lucky to be 5-5. Yeah, Patriots secondary is banged up, but when you can't hit an open reciever it dosn't matter.

Wish you all would lay off Saban, this is just he's eighth game,he's just trying to get the best players on the field since our QB's suck, just face the fact that we aren't that good right now this will be a rebuilding process.
I personally believe Nick Saban is doing a very good job considering the hand he was dealt on the offensive side of the ball.
Give him a chance!

I agree, Ricky and Ronnie need to be used more. Not that I miss Wanny, but if we cant get anything going on the passing game, run ricky run and run ronnie run. Im not blaming just Saban, Im blaming Linehan/Saban.

i believe we should have run also, im not blaming gus because if he got that TD pass we all would be praising him, but i always say never abandon the run

It wouldn't exactly be like Wanny, theres two count em, TWO running backs to share the load, we could wear the crap outa defenses, and the running backs wouldn't even have to break a sweat. They shoud be getting 20-25 carries each a game, and just imagine how that would open up the play action pass.

When you have 2 horses in the backfield vs. the worst run defense in the league and they only combine for 22 carries than you can question the coach as to why you didn't put the ball in the hands of your best players. I'm not basing his legacy on this but this loss was more the fault of the coaching and the gameplan than it was anyone one player or group of players (although Gus comes in a close 2nd).

let me ask you this question...waht good does it do if we are 8-8 and in first place? NOTHING! you know why? the players wont be satisfied cuz they dint make the playoffs. they aren't playing ot be better hten last year, they are playing to win evry damn game. SEcond, we lose draft picks. We can't afford to lose them. if you guys are such DOLPHIN fans u'd understand NOTHIGN WILL COME OUT OF THIS YEAR but next year there is a lot of potential. even if we do make it to the playoffs, we will lose as we have too many problems on this team to be that good. I rather get a good pick and help our team next year and for the netx decade then have a .500 year this year.

Um... Hello, first place puts us in the playoffs. Isn't that our dream, to have a shot at least?

come on fellas lets not fight about our dolphinblood inside of us ok? and this is all jus optimistic and pestimistic nit picking ok? i want them to play as hard as they can and they play well for a new regime in a year so get off them and ENJOY the season, well be serious soon

I think the optimistic take on this is that both RBs are showing production, which is what we've been hoping for since Ricky came back. Whether this means keeping both Ricky and Ronnie after this season (unlikely), or trading Ricky for a draft pick, we're seeing the Phins making strides. We've been competitive in nearly every game, and the offense is showing signs of life. Remember...we were dreadful last year. Let's just be a bit more patient.

Although I understand the frustration...losing stinks.
