Whether he's guilty or not, suspended or not, Ricky Williams should sue the pants off the NFL as well as the Denver Bronco's organization for leaking this information to the press!

If he's guilty, I think it's unfortunate, especially for Ricky Williams. To throw away a livlihood for a quick fix is terrible! There's a song that says, "There's gotta more to life, than chasing down every temporary high to satisfy me!" I just pray for Ricky!

That would ruin his whole 'Money doesnt matter thing' and take away from his status as the so called Victim in this

Sueing would be a terrible move

damned if he does and damned if he doesn't

That is fundamentally fantasgasmic idea. The Denver Broncos and NFL are proposterous, mischevious, ridiculous. We are going to get litigious, vindictive, and restitutive. Ricky, did I tell you to smoke the balm? Nobody knows what a balm can do!

I have to disagree. He could sue and then give any money he gets to charity.

I really believe how this info was leaked was awful, and if I were him I would be very upset and would seek some kind of satisfaction for this obvious break in protocol.

The man has his rights, and they walked all over those rights.

If he's suspeneded he should sue, for the 8Mil he owes us, get that outta his hair and finally he can live without a monkey on his back.

Everyone is rushing to make judgements way too quickly. We really dont have a concrete story here one way or the other so we cant hate ricky, and we can say he should sue. This is starting to look like it could become a media circus and we as fans arent helping any by beating the heck out of the issue when we have no information.

he wouldn't sue, thats not like him and as stated above he wouldn't look innocent

sue who? He failed a test. They reported he failed a test.

Who can he sue? And sue over what?

That's not our business Mike. We all have rights. He has done nothing to have his rights ignored man.

Hmmmmmm. I can see that, maybe. It depends what his contract says however. If he put himself into a corner as far as a 4th failed drug test he need to live up to his contract IMO.

you would sue if you were on the verge of being suspended for a year.

If his offense could be reversed on appeal-the NFL has accidentally destroyed his trade value aswell as the ability to make more money in this league. They should not have leaked Ricky's information to the Denver reporter. That is actionable.

There is another problem now. The NFL now has a vested interest in not reversing on appeal because that would open them up to liability. There has to be a back room deal on this otherwise Ricky may get screwed based on the way I see things lining up.

I think a lot of ppl would not sue if they knew they were wrong. I'm not sure if he is that type of person however.
