Seriously though I agree. You'd think it wouldn't be hard to understand the difference between a 4 GAME suspension and a 4 WEEK suspension...but here we are.

Understandable. I guess there could be a case of Williams and his agent pettitioning the NFL to let the bye week count as time served. But, technically he has to sit out 4 actual games.

Consecutive games, not weeks. There is no game during a bye, so it is penalized the following game.

This has been discussed many times before, but to just confirm for those who are not aware: Ricky is suspended for 4 games and not 4 weeks, so he will not be back until the Tampa Bay game.
