Ricky vs Jamal

Why do you always start these threads of things that happened years ago and have no relevance at all to anything happening now?

I thought him being suspended for games was the biggest crock. How can you suspend a player, for something he did when he wasn't even in the NFL?
 
We didn't steal that game we took it and Griese enabled us. I still have it on tape. I was so pissed when they showed a Denver fan screaming, "get him off the field" when Chambers had that concussion. That is one of my favorite games to watch over. The look of that lady when Mare hit that 53 yarder with hands on her head was priceless. That and the Dallas Thanksgiving game which won me $50 from a guy talking trash for months. Watching them in those throwback uni's had Fiedler thinking he was Danny and Chambers thinking he was both of the Marks brothers. Games like these are all us Dolphans have had for the past 20+ years so I will cherish them until Saban can work some Looziana voodoo and get Miami to the Super Bowl just one more time in my life. And win the damned the thing!

Yeah that was a classic one and was a lot of fun. Do you remember the Al Wilson hit on RW in that game, that was overshowed by the Kenoy illegal hit. He came out of nowhere and just planted RW. Any thoughts on the first game of this year? Broncos Vs. Dolphins
 
Jamie Nails was a big factor in that o-line success.
 
Ive said it before and Ill say it again. Ricky Williams could have been the best RB of all time had he just stuck around and let the rest of the team build up.

If you guys recall - Wanny cost RW the title by continually pulling him out of games that he was busting long run after long run. I understand DW's logic of trying to keep Ricky fresh for later games, but Jamal was never pulled out.
 
to me.....the MAJOR difference between the 2 RBs is that one is a quitter....the other is a convicted FELON. As far as i'm concerned they both are great runners. Ricky's better all-around but can never be fully trusted again on a team. Jamal is a great one dimensional runner who can never be trusted for anything other than showing up for a game.

I actually understand Ricky's thought process. He has a chemical imbalance that can be treated with medication. Jamal has a criminal thought process that can only be treated with an extended stay in a correctional facility. Maybe Jamal, Rae Carruth, and Lawence Phillips can hang out with Ray Lewis coming to visit. IMO
