Since he has a four game suspension this year then can he still play in the preseason? Training camp?

Yes he will. Look at Onterrio "Whizzinator" Smith from last year. He was facing a 4 game suspension. He took part in preseason and TC, challenged his suspension and played a couple of weeks... then served his 4 games midseason and was back for the end of the season.

Don't think it does. I think it has to be 4 actual games.

I recall Onterrio having to have 5 weeks off due to their bye landing on one of his suspended games.
