Ricky Williams has every intention of returning to the NFL once his one-year suspension for repeatedly violating the league's substance-abuse policy has ended:

Agent Leigh Steinberg said Williams has canceled a planned yoga retreat so he could concentrate on joining the Dolphins' offseason workout program once reinstated by the NFL, which should happen in April. Steinberg said Williams left him a phone message Friday afternoon seeking an update on the Dolphins' coaching situation.

Williams, who traveled to India on a retreat in the spring of 2005 during his yearlong retirement from football, is currently teaching yoga in Grass Valley, Calif., Steinberg said..........

Sure, he has intentions in coming back in the NFL, but I'm not sure if Mueller wants him back.

Mueller is going to have to have a long talk with Wayne about this. Ricky owes money, but I'm not sure if he's going to be a Dolphin next season. Mueller got rid of him in New Orleans, and he will do it again.

Aside from that, I have never seen Ricky Williams this motivated, this excited to come back in the NFL. He sounds like he really wants to be involved.

I think when Ricky comes back Mueller will want to trade him but i dont think we will get much for him if we do

if he can help us win, then he will be back

Im kind of indifferant about the situation, i think Ronnie is more than capable and who ever the back-up may be could spell him if needed.

Alright this is kinda werid. But why for the 2 years Ricky left are team, we had a losing season. Also the next season we get a coaching change. Thats a lil interesting.

Ricky has no trade value. Ricky would be better here. What Mueller does with him nobody really knows. Its all speculation on what went on in NO. Cam wants two good RB's and Ricky is cheap.

Once again, no trade value. Ricky is one oregano flake from being out of football forever. No team would trade for that, and a seventh rounder does not get us more value.........Unless the great Mueller sees some hidden gem QB that is going undrafted or close to it, which means we can just pick them up anyways....so please, everyone trying to trade Ricky is just wishful thinking.

We made the playoffs it seemed like every year. Then we traded for Ricky in 2002, and haven't been in the playoffs since.

IMO ithink Ricky does have trade value if the organization wanted to take that route. I think Shannahan and the Broncos would be willing to work a deal.

Wanny totally banked on Ricky, and it cost everyone. Saban just never replaced Scott Linehan with a quality O-Coord. Malarkey was never able to get this team to perform at any consistent level. I see him hunting for a job in the near future.
