Ricky Williams first practice today

Hey guys! I don't know if anyone came across this from anywhere or not. I also don't know if this should be merged or whatever. I just decided to start a new thread on Ricky's adventure if anyone cares to see a pic of him I found in his new practice uni. Here's some clips from the article about his first day practicing as an Argo...

"An exciting week for Toronto Argonauts fans kicked off Monday morning with Ricky Williams taking the field for his first practice with the Canadian Football League team."

"Williams took a few handoffs from the quarterbacks and is expected to suit up for Toronto's first pre-season game Friday against the visiting Hamilton Tiger-Cats."

I can't stand the CFL, but I can't wait to watch it and see Ricky play. OH what a predicament

Yeah it should be pretty interesting. I think he looks pretty cool in that uniform. It's different though to see him out of a fins uni...but hey...he'll back that's all that matters :)

Following practice, fellow running back John Avery and DE Jonathan Brown made Williams feel at home by introducing him to the school children and the fans in attendance. Williams then proceeded to address the kids in attendance via a megaphone, thanking them for coming out, and then spent some time signing autographs.

Over 800 school children?

What an absolute outstanding way, to take the NFL's suspension in complete stride, and without missing a step, turn it into a huge positive elsewhere.

Just dont mess this up Ricky!
