Ricky Williams Post Game Interview Coming Up Next

I noticed right before the end of the game they mentioned that during the post game show they would be interview the "Player of the Game". Of course it was Ricky, and I thought, "wow, this is going to be akward. I don't know if even Deon will be able to lighten this one up". As we all know Ricky isn't the biggest fan of interviews/media.
Then after the game they mention they have an interview with Ricky coming up.
Then they have a quick interview with Chad and the Mich. State Peezy interview.

I can picture some producer trying to get ricky, and him just shaking his head, saying, "no way man, talk to chad or peezy or something. Peezy will talk to you!"

Anyone else catch this?

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing myself and was hoping to hear from Ricky. My guess is Ricky (or NFL Network) changed their mind last minute or maybe they had just made a mistake.

They wanted to interview Ricky, he can't stand the media so they didn't have a chance.

That's one reason why he hates being a #1 back. He doesn't like the circus that goes with it.

I can't tell how much I like Ricky Williams.
I just read a story about Ricky Williams on sunsentinal.com where its told, that ricky is feeling sad about losing his friend Ronnie Brown to an injurie.
And for me it's just great to be fan of a team where a guy like Ricky Williams is "doing his job", because I think it's great to have a guy on a team that I root for, that has an unselfish, reasonable guy like Ricky on it's roster.

The best thing is he is still one of the best athletes in football and shows it on a big game like thursday against carolina.

I think it is a great thing, that he doesn't step in front of the media after a great perfomance, because he doesn't need the attention.

I will root for Ricky until he leaves football and thereafter, because he is a great person.
