I been away for awhile.I was hoping we will hear if Ricky,s going to be on the team before the 2007 NFL draft..Anyone know.

The 26th is supposed to be the day he can apply for reinstatement.

Word is we won't hear until after the draft. This is extremely unfair as the team doesn't know whether or not to plan for the future without him and I don't see the neccessity of waiting on a decision.

you cant blame the leauge for his mistakes they cant change so we know who we are going to draft

he better be back. If they trade him for a 5th or 6th round choice it would be one of the biggest mistakes this organization ever does.

I love Ricky but if they could get a 5th or better for him they should take it.

Ricky will probably not be reinstated untill after the draft. He can't officially submit for reinstatement until Thursday and the chances of the league going over the information, and making a decission in less than two days is extremely unlikely. It would be nice if they made the decission Friday but I doubt it. As for trading him, I don't forsee it because we haven't really done anything as far as adding depth to the running back position. But I wouldn't be totally against it if we could get good value for him. I believe this is the last year of his contract so if we are going to end up losing him than it wouldn't be a terrible thing to trade him. But I also wouldn't be totally against playing him this year and letting him walk once his contract is out.

:rolleyes2
Ricky is one failed test away from being out of the league forever. How is it a mistake to get a 5th rounder for him??
