Because rickys suspension starts during the regular season i was wondering if he would be able to play in any of the 5 preseason games?
 
i would say yes, because preseason doesnt count for anything, accept to get your rosters set for the season.......the league, is weird sometimes, so i dont know for sure.
 
Yes. I asked about this a few weeks ago. He will be allowed to play preseason for sure.
 
Suspension only is counted towards actual games. Preseason do not cout as actual games. Thus he'll be able to play and practice. However, not for the first 4 game of the actual season....that is if he's still there.
 
Ricky will be allowed to play in preseason. If Ricky is out for the first 4. And Brown is having slow contract talks....who will start against us in week 1?

do you mean start for us? that would be lamar gordon!! I think gordon has potential, but I hope ronnie brown signs soon and ricky stays.
 
No, he meant "against us." He's a bronco fan. And yes Gordon will start if Ronnie doesn't and he will tear your defense apart. Denver doesn't have a chance.
 
It would be sweet if his suspension were to include preseason so that he could be back by game 1 :lol:

Umm..... I'd get rid of him fast. He has a four game suspension and he'll be sharing time with Ronnie all year. I'd hurry up and look through the free agent list before all the good ones are gone.

sorry i didn't pay much attention to his username and picture. it will be gordon. i think we will beat the broncos. we about beat them last year and we stunk. plummer will be plunging after week 1!! gordon is a decent back. he just needs a o-line. if our o-line is vastly improved and with our rbs and wrs our qb will be fine regardless if it is feeley or frerotte. i believe we will have a good year like 10-6.
 
Are any of you concerned about his not being in game shape, getting into shape then sitting for 4 weeks?

Not sure. Does the suspension include not participating in any drills or practices, or is it just game day?
