Barry Jackson, of the Miami Herald, reports Miami Dolphins RB Ricky Williams and his representatives, working on their appeal of a drug test that could result in a one-year suspension, have begun zeroing in on the herbal supplements he has taken after learning some can mimic a banned substance. (The drug found in his system was a stimulant in nature.) Williams plans to travel in Asia after his yoga retreat in India. The last news I heard of Ricky was he was gonna leave his india trip early to help in the appeals process.

but had to respond, just because its not a " brees/culpepper fanboy argue with me " thread.

mad props to you for having the nerve to discuss another topic, on such a historic day.
 
All joking aside, if Ricky can beat this and we can get him for another year along with either Brees or Culpepper it would be huge.

I hope he beats it.

The season is so much more exiting with Ricky playing. He's so much fun to watch.

I was talking to Brett Tessler this morning and he said that Ricky's contract will be at the same place as when he got suspended, with a full year left. Sooo when he does finish his suspension he will still be ours at a cut rate price, still holding the 8.5 over his head.
 
He also very obviously still had it at the end of last year. He finished very strong, just like he ran when he had his big seasons with us.

I agree
I think Ricky gives us a better chance of winning with him playing than any one player on the entire team.

Yeah Brown will be special, but Ricky is the MAN right now.
