I was just wondering what is going on with R. Williams.

Does anybody know of his work out schedule, and if he will be ready to play Buffallo, especially without being able to attend practices?

Just curious, anyone hear word of him, and please post comments regarding whether or not you think he will be ready.

Side note, im going to that game in Buffallo, so I hope to see the Ricky and Ronnie show kick some arse. :evil:

he doesnt come back until after the buffalo game. it is a 4 game suspension not 4 weeks, and buffalo is the 4th game

Dammit, thats right, my apologies, got excited for a second. Either way, just wondering about his progress if any, to further put him into football shape.

Anyone know his latest weight?

I don't have a link but I remember him being interviewed about it and he said that he works out as if he was playing and studies the playbook. However, he is not allowed to be in the stadium on game day or participate in any practices.

he is working with coaches and trainers on the side. He just can't attend formal practices, games, meetings etc. He'll be in good condition when he comes back. Plus....4 games with no wear and tear on him....should be good to go for the rest of the season :)
