I think the team gets a HUGE emotional boost from Ricky's return today -- so much of one that it spurs them on to a win.

Think back to when he quit -- we had a team ready to start camp with playoff hopes that were dashed in a heartbeat. The team was deflated and demoralized in an instant.

Today we get the opposite of that. We get to see Ricky -- COMMITTED-TO-FOOTBALL RICKY -- out there on the field again, and the whole team knows he's committed and ready to play. I think that's recipe enough for a win.

And don't forget -- he's a pretty good player too.
