RW is right, however, by "identity" I think he means 'bread and butter' plays. A few plays you can do extremely well against ANYONE. Then you build from there. It does seem as though we lack those plays right now.

Right, and he's also saying that Linehan is jamming a square peg in a round hole. He's basically saying Linehan is out of touch with the team.

That has been clear for a while. I think RB has also alluded to us not running enough.

Saban needs to put Linehan in check. Im sure Linehan feeds saban some BS about how the LOS is stacked to stop the run, and we are behind in the game, etc as reasons to pass more. However, passing more than we run just isn't working and saban needs to demand we run the ball more often.

saban needs to turn a deaf ear to linehan for a little while.

the problem is that everyone says that the offense is awesome in practice and then falls apart in the game.

Good observation by Ricky.....not much more to say about that.

What's that say about our defense?

 Good article. However, I think the coaches see this as well. It helps that the players are becoming public with their opinions, gives the coaches something to ponder over...

Oh, come on...don't get sentimental from a era where all we could do was win a couple of regular season games and then fall apart IF we got to the p/os...

NTs offense worked in Dallas, but not really well here. Yeah, Ricky got his yards, but where did it get us ?? Look, Ricky is looking back (even tho he says that he never does) at a time when he was the featured back. He no longer is that back.

This offense can work very well if the passing game starts to click, which it has not. If we hit on a 4 or 5 long balls that we've missed, this team and it's record are completely different. We haven't and that has to be addressed. But because we no longer run Ricky's favorite play doesn't mean we can't be successful...

Lame attempt to start a flame war in 3......2......1
