Ricky's not gonna be good

Everybody talks about how he looks terrific in camp...best of all the backs.... and with 5 carries in the first preseason game.... C'mon give me a break, he'll be fine. Veteran's are smart about pre-season games and once the season starts, NOBODY cares about those August games.

the game is meaningless but it doesn't mean nothing. We can all see plain as day the weaknesses we already knew we had. What the games means is that this team has along way to go.

I will bet a right testicle that everyone on that field last night was not giving their all. It's preseason and it's not the time to risk injuries.All you people saying this person sucked or this person sucked are in for a rude awaking as with every preseason. Take last nights game for what it is worth......absoluting nothing but practice.

I still stand by the position that to be away from a game that is played at such a consitantly fast-paced and high level takes a lot out of you. Football is a process, starting in high school for most players (college for others). it is a gradual climb in talant and ability, and to take a year off sets you back big time. That doesn't mean that I don't want him to succeed, because I do.

ill agree with some of that, i dont think he will get cut, but hes too small and his heart isnt into it, its into getting the money, it seems selfish what he is doing and i would be upset if i were a teamate, but he wont get cut
 
RW is a joke. I HOPE he can contribute, but I doubt it. I HOPE we move on and don't try to have him be our #1 back, but I know it will be hard to NOT use RW if he is on your team. The sooner we trade/cut him the better!

Yeah alot of people were worried about him his first preseason herew too. Didn't he have like 15 rushes for 25 yards or something like that.

I mean he sucked that year winning the rushing title and all.

Were u not paying attention to the constant pressure he had in the backfield. Did u also notice that rather then cutting it out he cut back in right into traffic.

For someone who doesn't wanna play he sure did feel the need to get hit last night.:)
