I just heard on nfl network that Ricky is now working out with the team in offseason workout program. Not sure if this was posted but I didn't even know he was back from India.
 
yea i think he has been back a week. saban asked that he come back and join workouts and he did.
 
Saban has changed the selfish ricky of yesteryear to an unselfish team player...
 
hopefully that means they expect him to be back with the team.

Yea, ricky is indeed a "different" person but, i still would want him on my team any day.

I don't think Ricky has ever been selfish. Even leaving the team is not something I consider selfish, but I guess we'll save that conversation for a different thread... hehe

I'm not surprised one bit either. He does this with every player he coaches. He has so much knowledge on team chemistry, leadership, how people work with others, what makes a great team...im so thankful Wayne sought him out to replace Wanny. He also brings so much class to this team, I dont even think Wanny knows what that 5 letter word means. He demands all of these qualities in his players and if you go about it all the right way...they will buy into everything and believe...and when everyone believes and does their duty to the BEST of their ability, GREAT things happen. He will be our next Don Shula, I promise you.
 
Saban has the whole teaming buzzing with energy with all the possibilites and the big game being played at Miami this year.

you gotta think if the appeal wasnt gonna be in Ricky's favor League would have suspended him by now..
 
Hopefully Ricky knows he did not use anything illegal and this is why he is back working out. Hopefully he will win his appeal.
