How is Ricky William's weight looking?

It's been reported that he wanted to get down to around 225 when the season started in order to gain some quickness.

As we all know he ballooned there for a while in NO and never played under 240ish, but has been on a mission ever since the trade.

Just wondering if anyone knew anything.

everybody has him listed at 236 from 2001. The official site (http://www.miamidolphins.com/lockerroom/teamroster/teamroster_williams_r.asp) lists him at 230.

A quicker Ricky Williams.....that's a pretty scary thought for opposing defenses!!! Great for us!!

whatever his weight is at right now, he is in good shape and it will get better when camp starts...
