For the second time this year this coaching staff has managed to take extra days off between games and come out with absolutely no clue regarding how to compete against their oppenent....much less win a game. There is no way I will believe anyone on this staff remains after this season. I have read ad nauseum (spelling) the threads of the fans on this site and as much as I love my team and as long as I have been a fan of the Miami Dolphins I will not be happy if there are not significant changes to this staff. They have no leadership, cannot game plan worth a d--- and this team has no identity after 2 off seasons....I have no idea what to expect from week to week except a surprisingly lack luster effort .....THIS SUCKS worse than the 1-15 season....This staff must go!!!!!

I am a Philbin supporter, but this is ridiculous.

I now agree, he has got to go. Unfortunately, Harbaugh is now gone, and I don't like Cowher, or any other retread. Anyone in the college ranks ready for a move up? Texas A&M's coach? Missouri's coach? Fresno States coach?? Anyone??? Anyone out there????

I would take even Brian Billick right now. At least he's somewhat proven. What more damage can be done at this point?

Philbin has to go. The team has not improved and the locker room is a disaster.

I was a Philbin supporter when we hired him. But since then, there's been more I dislike than I like. He doesn't seem to be a players coach. And Sherman is not someone the players like either. The offensive line is a disaster, and the QB coach looks inexperienced and from what I'm told, is part of Sherman's family. I don't think they've developed Tannehill enough, and I think they've not used his ability, the same way they refused to use Bush, and it took them forever to get Wallace in the gameplan. This is the second year they ran that ridiculously-fast practice in camp, and tired everybody out, and yet the speed doesn't translate to the field, the players are confused, they need more time to huddle, etc. Why not practice at a regular pace, and focus on doing a few things really well, and concentrate on the basics, like tackling and blocking. They allowed this Incognito thing to boil to the surface, and now all the players feel it, and it's having an effect on this game. Just a mess. Who else do you turn to, but coaching, when the team is this bad.

And as much as we want to blame Ireland, it's Joe's responsibilty to make sure he has the pieces he needs for his scheme. This is the second year of transition, it was supposed to come together. If he needed good TE's why didn't he make Ireland get them? Do we need a FB? I still don't know why we don't have any on the roster. If the O line was a huge need, why, after Jake Long walked, did we allow Ireland to not target one early in the draft, or trade? I'll tell you why, because Philbin and Sherman had confidence in Martin. Well, how did THAT work out?

Philbin looks like a deer in the headlights. I think he's overwhelmed by this whole saga. Not exhibiting any leadership out there.

Don't know why backup running backs always seem to gash the dolphins? It's almost like they expect somebody else will make the tackle for them,
