Everyone so nervous about who will start on the outside across from Stills if we move on from Wallace need to chill.
The answer is on the roster, his name's Rishard Mathews. In the few opportunities he had to be featured in our offense he thrived. Remember MNF against Tampa in 2013?
The kid is the next Jelani Jenkins, in that his playing time has been stiffled by higher priced vets, and now that he'll have a shot, he's going to turn some heads.
Mark my words, when the season starts, and Stills, Landry and Mathews are making plays, along w/ Tannehill slinging the rock, the league will take notice, I personally love the youth movement at WR (no divas just hungry players who can ball) The 3 of them all complement each other very nicely, add a vet minimum WR for depth, and draft one late, we'll be more than fine.
Couple that with the potential 1-2 punch at TE, our weapons are downright scary.
But for a no.2 SE option, he is tough, he's fast, has strong hands, and is a monster after the catch, in Rishard I trust:
