I'm told #Dolphins WR Rishard Matthews suffered multiple fractured ribs yesterday against the #Jets. No clear timetable for his return.
 
An extremely talented player this coaching staff didn't give a fair shot to gets injured, which opens up an opportunity to...an extremely talented guy this coaching staff didn't give a fair shot to.

Dolphins gonna Dolphin. Can't wait to see this coaching staff wiped off of the Dolphins payroll this offseason like a fly on a windshield.
 
Yeah that's at least a month, if not longer. no need to rush back to this **** show
 
The only real question remaining is has he played his last game as a Dolphin..

Damn tough break for that kid. I wish him a full and speedy recovery and hopefully he, Landry and Parker will be a formidable force next year with a real HC and OC.

Hardly. I am critical of this coaching staff's talent evaluation given the players they have chosen to play these past several years. Far too many instances where a player on the bench "suddenly" becomes a great player, after being buried on the depth chart behind middling talent.
 
And the hits just keep on coming. Yet another year where we were led to believe things would be different but we git more of the same. All that's left is for the team to win a couple of meanigless games like we always do to draft lower and miss on a difference maker

Even if we draft a difference maker he probably wont play for 3 years then ball out in his 4th year then leave for another team.
 
Weird nobody has picked up on this report or confirmed it. Usually with the long term injuries get announced sooner than the minor injuries.
