Not sure about him as hc truthfully as i don't k ow much about his experience. Special teams to hc is a huge jump
 
Some special teams coaches have had great success, Harbaugh being one of them..

I’ll say this, he was the guy in charge on the field during practices..
 
John Harbaugh transitioned from ST coach to head coach. Rizzi is the best coach we have. I would certainly put the interim on him if there was a mid season firing but that’s not going to happen. Any change will be after the season if there is one.
 
I think Ross would be intrigued by a big name this time around. Who that would be I'm not sure. I just want and aggressive passionate coach as I'm tired of the Bookworm or no personality types.

Stop being said, I don't think Ross post a trigger unless we completely fold. We seem to always have built-in excuses such as the quarterback going down which can be legit or injuries coming to the forefront. I'm tired of excuses all teams have the same issues at one point or another

Just looking at him in a scope here, not suggesting Gase get fired at this point...I think Rizzi has qualities that you look for in a head coach, I know he can lead a unit, I knows he’s going to demand a lot from his players, I know he’s going to be hands on, and I know he’s loud as hell..lol
 
Being emotional doesn't make you a great leader.
 
Rizzi been here for a good while.

Emotion isn’t everything but it’s football and players need their ass jumped from time to time.

Rizzi would be your best choice assuming Gase gets the can
