That's right....I want some fire and emotion and feel he'd make our defense insane...get a decent O C and bingo

We need help on defense in case no-one noticed. I feel he'd hold the players accountable and bring it every week.
 
So you'd like him to replace Coyle. (Giving you a chance to save some face here)
 
I would love to have him as a coach. def DC but has head coach I don't know.

you or I have no idea how he'd do .....but I know he wouldn't lack a killer D and some f....ing emotion. FACE

It seems every time I watch a Rob Ryan coached defense on tv, all I see is him with a dumbfounded look on the sideline as his D gets scored on
 
Don't know if he is head coach material, but he had a great plan tonight. If K. Allen does not get dinged would have been real impressive. He adapts. Coyle and Sherman don't believe in that. Think it was the Bucs game when we were running all those stunts and getting gashed by the run. After the second time I would have thrown that out the window but he just kept at it.

I don't pretend to know the ins/outs of coaching, but if fans see it and coaches don't make changes - whats going on? Why isn't our HEAD COACH, the one who's team it is, saying something. Idk, do HC's ever tell their coordinators to make changes? Why wouldn't ours? Sometimes coordinators get stuck in their ways during a game and it's up to the HC to pull it together, make changes, wtvr. I hate that I have no faith in our current staff
