Rod Gardner Cut...

I thought he was going to be great.

Maybe a scenery change and good coaching would
help.

Bringing him in for a look wouldn't hurt.

I liked him in Washington. I really thought he would do better in Carolina. I wouldnt mind giving him a shot.

Speaking of old Washington recievers....where did D. Thompson go?

got injured, put on IR, and then got his contract bought out.

And I'd say no to Gardner. He went from a bad situation in Washington to a good situation in Carolina and couldn't succeed.

He's a good possesion receiver. I thought he would end up being good in Carolina but i guess that won't happen anymore. Bringing him in for a workout wouldn't hurt, why not give it a shot?

forget about it. he will be working for Total Access within a week.

I agree that he went to a better situation in Carolina but how can you perform opposite Steve Smith. Delhomme acts like hes the only other guy on the team.
It would be nice to have him on the practice squad to see if he can work into the main roster.

all he has is a name cuz he was drafted early AKA freddie Mitchell

he can't go onto the PS. The PS is for guys with 2 years of NFL experience or less.

We need to keep Gilmore if only for Special teams the guy is great on those. Gardner will be on somebodys team Eagles are hurting at WR.

I would definitely bring Gardner in. Don't expect anything out of him this year, just bring him in and redshirt him, see if he can do something for you next year during training camp and preseason. He's worth it.

I mean heck, if Koren Robinson can be rejuvenated in Minnesota, Gardner can be rejuvenated in Miami.

There are other options at reciever though.

Do you waste time on a guy that has had two chances???
