The Dolphins put themselves in position to give quarterback Daunte Culpepper another target, working out former Detroit Lions wide receiver Charles Rogers on Tuesday, a league source said. Rogers, who arrived in South Florida on Monday night, was released Sept. '2, three years after he was the second overall pick in the 2003 draft. ... The Dolphins' interest is understandable. If he can stay healthy and out of trouble, the leaping ability and quickness of the 6-foot-3, 220-pound Rogers could complement Chris Chambers and Marty Booker nicely.
