I cant wait to see this sleeper play for us. Another player that is getting little talk from the media that can really add speed to our already great defense

There's an interview with him on the official site where he says he's playing both inside and outside. I think he's Vonnie Holliday's back up this season and maybe his successor beyond.
 
Not a lot of talk about Rod on this board since we haven't heard from him since his injury, except how we thought we got a steal in the 7th.

I expect HUGE things from Rod in the next few years. The big question is, if Matt Roth is on the opposite side from JT, where does Rod fit in?
 
Nice vid! Didn't know he had that kind of penetration. From some things that I have read, and the video on him on miamidolphins.com, he seems ready to make the transition. Said he was 100%, and when asked if he was ready to prove everyone wrong, said he was ready to prove that he can play in the NFL to himself. Well-spoken, humble guy.....

Answer: Rotation and depth at both positions.
 
Good to hear he is 100% - he should be able to contribute and I would think not only back-up but push for time - particularly Roth.
 
i look at 3 late round picks for us, abe wright, rod wright, and fred evans
these guys could be huge contributers in the near future
 
Holy cow! If the Dolphins won/lost games depending on the number of youtube videos of their awesome players we'd have about 30 championships by now.

Thanks for vid. Very exciting college player, hope he turns to gold. I wonder why his stock dropped so far in the draft? I mean was a projected 2nd rounder right?
 
Not hearing much from him may not be the best sign. Thw writers this time of year are looking for anything to write about. If he was making plays at practice or if he was even showing the veterans and coaches that he has a lot of potential to make plays, I think we would have heard something.

We have heard something. Go read the archives of the local papers.
