Rogue cop has a long history

He gave the cop his license. That's all he is required to do. He's under no obligation to talk to the cop (5th ammendment) or help him with his investigation.

In the state of Florida, you are required by law to roll down your window during a traffic stop. You are also required by law to exit your vehicle if the officer commands you to do so. Them's the facts.

Blm are a bunch of clowns. Same with antifa. I'm just tired of cops violating peoples rights. The cop is suspended, isn't he? If he didn't do anything wrong, he wouldn't be.
You picked the wrong hill to die on. I'm on your side. I despise tyrant cops and love those audit videos where they get schooled and disgraced.
This just isn't a good spot to make your stand.

The issue is the officer was still speaking and conducting business with Hill when Hill rolled his window back up causing to delay the officer and then when the officer told him several times to roll it back down and Hill refused and by doing so he could have been charged with resisting obstructing and delay an officer.
Again, once Tyreek gave him his license, he's under no obligation to talk to the cop. The cop needs to write the ticket. That's it

Tyeeek gave the cop what he needed to write him his ticket. Telling someone to roll down their window is not a lawfull order. Cops just like to flex their self perceived power. They think because they're wearing a costume with a tin badge, they can just do what they want and violate people's rights. Hopefully that tyrant gets fired.

😂 😂 😂

Ask any attorney in FLORIDA and see what they tell you. It's lawful alright. Or do you think your drivers license and registration will phase through the window? A traffic stop here is like being detained.

Not only that but he was going 20 mph over the speed limit putting him in reckless driving territory and they had the power to arrest him right then and there, not just give a ticket.

You can argue how they treated him, especially with the physicality, that's about it.

Keep in mind Florida is an implied consent state. So if they pulled you over and want to hassle you for a Chem or physical test for DUI, you MUST comply as denial by you will result in your license being suspended. You can try and fight it in court so you can have fun there.

Your window only has to be opened enough to give the cop your license. I'm not sure about florida but in some states, all you have to do is hold your license against the window fir the cop to see aka present your license
What does this have to do with this stop? His window was 100% up and then he rolled it 100% back up with blackout tint.
Whats your point?

Regular speeding yes. He was reckless driving which means they could arrest you and it's lawful. So the just gimme a ticket attitude isnt going to win you any favors. They can't crack you over the head though (unless you're resisting).

Not when you have black out tint and Tyreek's window wasn't rolled down at all.
Stop posting worthless crap man.

The traffic stop was for speeding. Once Hill interfered with the officers ability to complete the traffic by refusing to obey his commands then he could have been charged with resisting obstructing and delaying an officer so it was definitely more than "just speeding"
What law did Reek break? There is no law that says you have to keep you window down during a traffic stop. He rolled the window down and gave his ID and rolled it back up.......Guess if its raining you should just stay seated and get soaked because of that unknown law of keeping your window down

Sorry man but you've called out a few times now that you don't know what you're talking about here.

Just because Hill gave the officer his license etc doesn't mean the traffic stop is over. How the hell could the officer even give Hill his license back to him if he is refusing to roll his window down or step out of the vehicle?

Didn't he roll it down to give the cop his license?
The cop approached his car. His windows were rolled up 100%. The cop knocks on the window multiple times.
When Hill finally rolls it down the cop tries to communicate with him.
The entire time his window is down Hill speaks over the cop asking "why you gotta knock on my window like dat".
Hill hands over his ID then rolls his window 100% back up.
Tyreek did everything possible to ensure this stop goes badly.

He resisted obstructed and delayed an officer during a traffic stop.

Look it up. Your window must be rolled down during a traffick stop in FL. Also add in that Tyreek had illegal blackout tint.
