At this point, the best move that the franchise could do to save face is accept defeat and roll with Moore for the season. He is just as good, if not better, than the other free agent solutions out there (Alex Smith and Garrard).
The Dolphins have to wage a massive PR war now to get fans back on their side after promising a "franchise QB" and signing Smith, Garrard or some other garbage won't fix that.
Moore is an average to above average QB who could possibly develop into something more.
Don't reach for Tannehill (who looks like a real bust: converted WR, never had a winning record, has no personality). Grab Weeden in the middle of the 1st round by dropping back or trading up from the 2nd round... If they can't get Weeden, get Cousins in round 2, and roll with the punches this season, and if it ends up a disaster, we will be in position for Barkley.
Thats the best we can hope for at this point...
