I participated in a Mock Draft on a Philadelphia Eagle's board, and I got to pick for the Miami Dolphins at the #25 spot. I think this draft is pretty realistic. I really think Parcells will go away from his usual big lineman and focus on getting a large wide receiver with speed and great hands. I looked at Percy Harvin but we already have a couple small receivers. I think Heywerd-Bey is a pretty good receiver with blazing speed, but he doesn't have the hands and run the routes as well as Hakeem Nicks.
The Phins will probably take a hard look at Alex Mack, Cal, at Center, and Duke Robinson, LG, Oklahoma. I think the Phins will go with a CB with their 2A pick, possibly Sean Smith. Look for Parcells to then go with a LB with the 2B pick. Here is how our mock draft is going so far:

1. Detroit Lions -Andre Smith, OT Alabama. (chris54s)
2. St. Louis Rams-OT Eugene Monroe, Virginia (bodybaggame)
3. Kansas City Chiefs- WR Michael Crabtree, Texas Tech.
4. Seattle Seahawks- BJ Raji, DT. Boston College (sportssavant)
5. Cleveland Browns- Aaron Maybin, DE PSU (sjoebarry2)
6. Cincinatti Bengals- Brian Orapko, DE Texas (angryman82)
7. Oakland Raiders- Michael Oher, OT, Ole Miss
8. Jacksonville Jaquars- OT Jason Smith, Baylor (mattnice)
9. Green Bay Packers- Malcolm Jenkins, CB Ohio St (birds4life)
10. San Francisco 49ers- Matt Stafford, QB Georgia (threelions)
11. Buffalo Bills-Brandon Pettigrew, TE Okl St (dawksisbest)
12. Denver Broncos- Ray Maualuga, LB USC (jdoubleu)
13. Washington Redskins- Everette Brown, DE/LB (CaptAwesome)
14. New Orleans Saints-Aaron Curry, LB Wake Forest (dalasneutral)
15. Houston Texans-Alphonso Smith, CB Wake Forest (thebirdman)
16. San Diego Chargers- Knowshown Moreno, RB Georgia (dollardogs)
17. NY Jets- Larry English, DE Norther Illinois (mikey19107)
18. Chicago- Jeremy Maclin, Wr Missouri (46zone)
19. Tampa Bay Bucs-Chris "Beanie" Wells, RB Ohio St. (njsickbreed)
20. Detroit Lions (from Dal) Mark Sanchez, QB USC (warewolf)
21. The Eagles- EBEN BRITTON, OT ARIZONA
22. Minnesota Vikings- Vontae Davis, CB Illinois (thegreek1979)
23. New England Patriots- DJ Moore, CB Vanderbilt (hhlpats)
24. Atlanta Falcons- Clint Sintim, OLB Virginia (sandman)
25. Miami Dolphins- Hakeem Nicks, Wr North Carolina (roman529) :woot:

All those guys letting Aaron Curry fall that far? Really?

Anyone tell them that Curry is possible for the 1st overall pick?

I like the Nicks pick. I think that he is going to be a star.

everything is pretty realistic except the Matt Stafford pick... thats a low for him.i dont think St. Louis and Kansas City would pass on him.

Yeah Aaron Curry took a pretty big drop. We also started the draft before Andre Smith of Alabama went AWOL. It has taken over a week for everyone to get their picks in for just the first round. :chuckle:

also i would be pissed if Larry English Went to the Jets...

i will gaurentee two things.
1. We would NEVER pass up Cush.
2. Cush wont be there.

nicks is good but we wont pick a receiver with the talent left on the board.

I like Nicks as well, but I am really starting to like Brian Robiskie. I'm hoping we take the highest rated LB,CB,S available with our first round pick and then with our 2a, take Robiskie. then with our 2b, take highest rated LB,CB,S that wasnt selected in round 1. Reason i like robiskie is because he is a legitimate 6'3 and weighs 210. He has great hands, runs great routes, and is very smart. ran in the low 4.5's. Father is a WR coach as many of you know. I think he is the big possession WR that this team has needed. Assuming he could step in and play the role everyone hoped Wilford would play, we would have a very good, young receiving corp.

Robiske is third round talent, who had a second round work out. dont get influenced in the hype of one good day.

If he fell out of the top 10 I would be screaming for Miami to trade up to get him. 1st and a either of the 2nds is totally worth Curry.

Regarding Robiske- he will not be a NFL starter.
Having watched all of OSU's games he never could get separation from the DBs.
He has average speed, isn't physical and would be a total waste of a pick.

Andre Smith #1 makes this draft worthless

Yeah but like I said before, we started our draft before Andre Smith decided to go AWOL. Smith probably cost himself $20 million by his attitude, getting suspened by Saban before the bowl game, and his skipping the combines. Looks like he may drop to somewhere between the 10th-15th spots.
