[h=1]Jerry Jones: No reason to think Romo won’t return Week 11[/h]Posted by Josh Alper on November 3, 2015, 12:37 PM EST

The Cowboys will start Matt Cassel again this Sunday and while we don’t know how he will fare against the Eagles, it’s probably fair to guess that his performance won’t make Jerry Jones’s wildest dream about the team’s quarterback solution come true.
During an appearance on 105.3 The Fan’s “Shan and RJ” show Tuesday, Jones said he was hoping that the team would have a “quarterback controversy” when Tony Romowas eligible to return from injured reserve in Week 11. Alas, the play of Cassel and Brandon Weeden has only confirmed that the Cowboys “need him back under center” and the owner said that he doesn’t see anything standing in the way of Romo’s return for the team’s November 22 game against the Dolphins.

we'll see...that stuff usually doesn't go as planned exactly

they may have 7 losses by then (Cowboys), but still be in a position to win div

As someone who lives in Dallas, I want nothing more than for the Dolphins to win this game. If you live hear, you know exactly how I feel.

Cowboys may be 2-7 at that point and not much left to play for.

I bought tickets to that game at the beginning of the year, was priced as the best game on our schedule. What a dud now.

If Dallas had Romo for the Pats game...they would've won

8-8 or even 7-9 could win the NFC East so even at 2-7 the Cowboys would still be in position to win their division. If the Dolphins lose the next 2 games at that point they may be in just as much if not more trouble as the Cowboys when in comes to playoff hopes,

Good. The time for hoping for cheap wins passed when we started 3-4. I just want to see this team excel against quality talent now.

Tony Romo working through pre-practice individual drills, which he doesn't do in normal week of practice.

if he's throwing that likely means 2 weeks out...which would mean vs us

Personally, i have no problem with him coming back just as we are ready to play them, I still believe Miami can be an effective team, and really don't want to hear any excuses if Miami does win against the Cowboys.

Playing the Pats on Thursday Night in NE is brutal, if we look that bad against the Bills, even in Buffalo, then it could be a lost cause, but if Miami is to turn around their season, they must prove themselves against what ever team is put in front of them.
