We gotta run right at the cheifs. Last year ronnie had like ony 8 carries vs teh cheifs and had over 90 yards. To me we need to run like crazy. I never trust passing alot against a secondary with ball hawks like Surtain, Law and Knight, despite how they havent performed as well as usual this year.

The chiefs with D. Johnson have a horrible run d and without them who knows how bad they will be. Like i said last week if Ronnie gets 25+ carries we win. Idc how much we are down or up by the receivers and qbs havent played well enough this year to solely rely on a passing game.

Who knows with this year's team? Some writers say we don't have a lot of talent on the roster (which I think is bs) but if the OL plays like we are used to them playing and not how they can play, it might be a long day for poor Ronnie, the rest of the team, and us fans.

The Chiefs have a horrible run d based on what?

We'll run the ball, so long as, we don't fall behind. So the defense needs to do a good job again this week to allow the offense and Ronnie to get on track.

GO PHINS

im pretty sure we are 5-1 when ronnie gets over 25 carries so see ronnie line up see ronnie hit the hole and see ronnie run. i suggest we call plays like this ronnie left ronnie right then to mix it up and keep the defense honest ronnie up the middle

Giving the ball to Ronnie will result in good rushing numbers and keeping the other teams offense off the field and keeping our defense fresh. Running the ball is the key to winning.

There are some real ignorant people on here. The Chiefs run D is nowhere near horrible. We are giving up 4.0 yards a carry. That isn't great but it is nowhere near horrible either. Denver's 2005 run defense was supposedly a great run D but they still gave up 4.0 yards a carry. One reason we have given up some yards is because unlike the Dolphins we are a winning team. When you are a winning team you usually are playing with the lead. Alot of the time we are running out of the nickle defense to stop the pass. When a team does run you are going to give up more yards in the nickle defense. I'll take the Chiefs D over the Dolphins D any day.

Dude, no offense, but giving up four yards a carry is pretty horrible...

:sidelol:

4.0 ypc isn't bad but it isn't good either because that is the league average for running backs so that means your run defense is average and picking the Chiefs "D" over Miami's isn't smart Miami is a top 5 defense and I am not sure if KC is even in the top 10.

Dude WAKE UP WAKE UP,,YOUR DREAMIN, YOUR DEFENSE!! I HAVE THREE WORDS FOR YOUR DEFENSE,SLOW, OLD,RETREAD,, IT LOOKS LIKE YOU PICKED THE WRONG WEAK TO MESS WITH OUR TEAM.

For what it's worth, Kansas City ranks 17th in rushing yards per carry allowed, and 16th in rushing touchdowns. Basically average, not horrible.

Dude, no offense but it isn't. Oh my god, we are giving up about half a yard more per carry than the Dolphins. Wow, what a big difference. NOT!!!!!!!!

Dude, 2-6 is horrible. :sidelol:

Slow, old, retread? Look who's defense is old:

Kevin Carter: 33
Keith Traylor: 37
Vonnie Holliday: 31
Jason Taylor: 32
Channing Crowder: 23
Zach Thomas: 33
Donnie Spragan: 30
Will Allen: 28
Renaldo Hill: 28
Yeremiah "was a bullfrog (and a crappy safety)" Bell: 28
Travis Daniels: 24

Average age of defense: 29.7

Tamba Hali: 23
James Reed: 29
Ron Edwards: 27
Jared Allen: 24
Derrick Johnson: 24
Kawika Mitchell: 27
Kendrell Bell: 28
Patrick Surtain: 30
Sammy Knight: 31
Greg Wesley: 28
Ty Law: 32

average age of defense: 27.5

Now who's defense is old and slow?

Not gonna argue with the rest of your post, but how is Bell crappy? He had a great game last week and has always been an outstanding special teams guy and situational player.
