With new additions at O line and another year with O Line guru Tony Sparano, I believe we will see vast improvemnet from rushing next year.

I was looking at other running duo's -the best i believe are, san diego, atlanta, carolina, vikings and giants.

With these 5 in mind, do you think R & R will finish within TOP 5 and if so who will they replace?????????????????

almost every team is going to 2 backs.
I would put the titans up there maybe the cowboys if felix is healthy and the redskins.
I think with ricky gettin up there in age were not quite top 5 level but def more than enough talent to be top 5 in rushing lets just hope it happens

If we were going to replace anyone on that list it would be the Chargers, but like another dude said, the Titans have got to be on there. I think we will for sure be top 10, maybe like 7 though. Nobody gives Ricky his credit he is due. The Cowboys are okay to, Felix did show some brightness last year..

Where are you getting the Redskins? Clinton is great, but it's not really a 2 back system...I know Ladell is there, but it is mainly about Clinton Portis.

I would not put them up there. Lendale White is not good. He just happens to get goal line carries while Chris Johnson does everything else.
 
I sure hope our running game becomes dominant again .. but I'm not getting my hopes up this year until I see it, because we all thought thought the same thing last year, that R&R express was back, with a new dominant O-Line ..and it turned out we couldn't run the ball in between the tackles at all. I'll hope for the best though, I'd love for the running game to be a threat again!
 
What difference does it make if it is a two back or single back system? Top rushing offense is what it is, no matter how it is accomplished.
 
I think we sport the top running tandem working behind the new upgrades on the offensive line

i agree, although i could see big year from LT. I dont think Lendale White is as good as either Ricky or Ronni and overall I would prefer our backfield.
 
Top rushing attack has alot to do with . Now last year if you want a top 7 attack you have to come up from 17. Needed impovement of 10 spaces and looking at it patriots which had no 7 th rushing attack had 600 more yards and 0.4 yds/carry more.

comparing in AFC baltimore was no 1 and patriots No 2 so the running game needs another 600 yds and nearly 1/2 yrd more per carry to be break the top 7.that is alot.
