I know it is probably a foregone conclusion that Peyton Manning will win yet another MVP, but do you think Ronnie Brown should get consideration for the MVP? As the league's premier Wildcat triggerman and all around badass, I think he should get some pub in that regard. He is a man on a mission this season. If he keeps up this current pace, he will have a banner year, and in all likelyhood, the Dolphins will end up in the playoffs (unless Gibril Wilson continues to give up TDs to TEs in bundles)...

I love Peyton Manning, but what does he need another MVP for??

If he continues to play at this level I believe you'd have to at least consider him.

If we make the playoffs someone needs a damn MVP award.

It's possible he could get it but not likely. Plus since they already have three loses, that will not help matters.

The Colts started the season off pretty ****ty last year didn't they? I could be wrong but I thought that was half the reason Manning was in the running.

too many qb's right now having good seasons. and, so far, adrian peterson is ahead of brown also. and it will , obviously, depend on how well miami does as a team.

If Peyton Manning keeps this pace he will break a number of all-time single season passing records this year. Dont see it unless he cools way down and RB can finish as the top rusher.

My criteria for MVP is: would this team have the same record if player X wasn't on the team, not so much about player stats. Could we be 2-3 w/o Ronnie Brown? Probably. Could the Saints be 4-0 w/o Brees or the Colts 5-0 w/o Manning? No way. Don't get me wrong though, Ronnie is awesome and I hope he wins it. Even when we lose it's still very entertaining to watch Ronnie and Ricky attack defenders head on.

this post makes sense, depending on your criteria for MVP of course. It's right in the fact that quarterback is a more important position than running back

I think it will really depend on how well we do overall. If we make the playoffs, then yes he will def. be considered.

Manning is the media poster child for the NFL. He would have to be abducted by aliens or bills fans to not win it again. The media fall back plan is that little know QB playing for the Vikings.Whats his name again?

He'll be up there but it's hard to give it to anyone but Manning. He has been playing out of this world.

Ronnie has it in him and he's already proven he's the best player on our team.. remember 2 years ago before he hurt his knee how he was leading the league in yards and touchdowns? He was on pace for MVP that season, and he was the only bright spot on a horrible team.

If Brees and Manning cool down, and we get to the playoffs or win the division, and Ronnie has 1,500 rushing yds and 15+ Td's and does most of it out of his 'wildcat' then yes. The NFL loves their QB's though.
