ronnie is the man i just love this guy man he is such a great player and a great person always has a smileon his face like farve gotta love it.this year i belive he is going to start where he left off last year probowl year barring injury anyone else notice he is not wearing a brace by the way?:hi5::up::3p::cdf::fh::buddwalk::yourock:
 
i was very happy watching the video of practice yesterday.not that ronnie was running straight ahead.but the strip drill rick and ronnie where doing together.when rick was trying to strip ronnie.ronnie woudnt just run straight ahead,but would use a SPIN MOVE then keep going.anybody scared,or not at least 90% woudn't be doing this move.anybody thats been scoped ,or cut knows what i mean.very promising

Im excited too,but whether its a partial tear of a full tear,the ACL is a pretty are injury to overcome in one season,when it actually takes two....Im syked to see Ronnie play this year,but the odds are greater for him not to return to what he was last year,still,I hope and believe he'll have a avg. to good year in 08....but hey,look at the bright side,Ricky is back,and Ronnie wont have to be the workhorse,because whether you want to admit it or not,Ronnies never been able to handle a season alone,whether it was in college or the NFL....
 
I don't think Ronnie is going to be rushed back. What do you think Parcells and Williams discussed during lunch the other day? Maybe the amount of work Ricky is going to get due to Ronnie's injury? Who knows.... it's just refreshing to know that our back field will be pretty solid this season. Couple that up with a decent O-line and we should be alright.
 
You know what I'm excited about? A thread that isn't about that other guy that wants out of Miami!

Seriously, I am looking forward to watching both of those guys run this year. With 2 powerful backs sharing the backfield again we should be able to keep them both healthy all year.

Man Im with ya...lets talk abotu the guys who WANT to be here. Ricky @ 236 looks really good. It sucks because I want to get excited for the Ricky/Ronnie show, but then I remember this is Ricky we are talking about and suddenly I am cautious....still excited but cautious

Your'e unfortunately right about Ricky, you have to keep one eye open with that guy. However, he seems genuinely "excited" about the team this year and if you can get that guy back to what he once was this will be one hell of a running back tandem. Ronnie is surprising me, he looks far more comfortable on that knee than I thought he would at this point.
 
I've always been a Ricky fan but we need to get through the summer without him screwing up. I'm cautiously optimistic he will play in the fall but we can't know for sure given his track record. I really hope we see Ricky and Ronnie running behind a decent O'line. This will keep opposing offenses off the field and equate to more W's this year.

Yeah, that was rough watching Dumbte. Look at this way, who's laughing now? Dumbte may have had his moment mainly due to a strong running game against a weak run defense. But now, Dumbte can't find a job ANYWHERE.

Not to mention he only passed on us for about 70 yards because he SUCKS...

Until Ronnie Brown got injured, I always felt I was watching two games. the one he was playing and the one the rest of the team was playing.

Daunte tearing it up just showed how pathetic things were, so I decided ot focus on Ronnie.
