Just want to say congrats to Ronnie for having a 101 yard rushing day. His first 100 yard game since the San Diego game.

He now has 605 yards rushing on the season, 9 rushing touchdowns and averaging 4.2 yards a carry. It may not be a Pro Bowl year, but so far it is a pretty solid year.

Yep. Especially pretty solid considering the guy tore his ACL last October and was ready to go Week 1 of 2008.

He looked good today. The fumble hurt us though, we could of put the game away early.

Some people never come back after an injury like that. For him to not only come back from it, but to run the way he has been, I give him a ton of credit. The guy is smash mouth no matter which way you put it. Like I've said in other threads, even if he doesn't make the pro-bowl, he's doing everything he can to help this team win...and that's what makes him valuable.

The ball was just ripped out of his hands. And its also his first fumble of the year...its tough for any player in the NFL to go an entire season without fumbling.

the fumble wasn't ronnies fault but I wish he would get some better blocking and some bigger holes..

and whats with all the defence trash talking him?

if ronnie gets in the endzone a few more times this season, he may very well end up in the pro bowl. 1000 yards and 13-15 tds should get him in.

Good game from Ronnie but we gotta get him in the passing game more like last year.

try to remember tho, he's coming off an injury that used to end players' career 10 years ago. The fact that he's playing at a high level is nothing short of remarkable and if we got him more involved int he passing game, thats just more touches. We have Ricky for a reason. And even Cobbs for a reason.

Sparano and Henning are treating Ronnie very professionally, and hopefully in a few years, when Ronnies still going strong, he can look back and thank them for easing him back into the game instead of dumping 30+ carries on him week in and week out.

I'm not saying that they should give him 30+ carries a game or anything like that and i agree that they should take care of that knee but ronnie's a great receiveing back and if they can throw his way 4 or 5 times a game that could make a big difference.
