I found this interesting note about Ronnie Brown....do you think he will get his $2 million bonus??

Dolphins | Brown reaches incentive, likely to miss anotherPublished Fri Dec 2 10:37:00 p.m. MT 2005(KFFL) Alex Marvez, of the Sun Sentinel, reports Miami Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown has already earned an extra $500,000 after reaching 750 rushing yards. With five games left, he is not likely to reach his 1,350 rushing yard incentive worth $2 million.

no way with him splitting carries with Ricky he'd have to average 120 yards a game to hit the mark and it's not going to happen

Nope, he won't reach 1350 yards. I just hope he gets to 1117, but that could even be hard with him sharing carries with Ricky.

If he stays healthy for the remaining 5 games, he is definitely going to cross 1000.

1117 sounds good to me.

I don't think Ronnie should sweat missing that incentive. He'll make that money up the way things are going for him. :)

He will break Karim Abdul-Jabbar's rookie rushing record for a Dolphin. He holds it with 1116.

Yeah, ronnie deserves the record. He is having the best rookie year ever for a fin back, by far.

Ronnie hitting the 1,000 yrd mark would be great considering he is sharing carries with another pro RB.

What do you think Ricky Williams will finish the season with?

I say around 570 for Ricky.

I think Ricky will finish with about 650-700 yards rushing.

If he gets close enough they may just pay it to keep the peace going on the Ricky/Ronnie front.

Teams have been known to pay bonuses/incentives if a player is close and they are being a team player.

I'm sure Brown is quite satisfied with his 22 million dollars or whatever amount it was we gave him as a rookie. Not to mention any rookie RB going over 1000 yards is good (especially when you split carries with a Pro Bowl back).

That $500,000 is a NLTBE

5 games left?? He can get 600 yds in 5 games.....come on Ronnie

You can do it!

Yes, it will impact the 2006 cap
