last year rb bulked up and conditioned himself somewhere in arizona? does anyone know the status of where he is with his acl injury. this is a hard injury to come back from, but if i know rb he is determined to be even stronger and faster then last year....

I read that he was walking around just fine.

Not the same at all as running and cutting at full speed.

The one thing I do know is the Dolphins and Ronnie Brown need to give this injury time to fully heal. We can ill afford ANY type of setback.

yeah, take your time ronnie, we aren't going to the superbowl this year.

Accualy ACL tears arnt that hard to come back from now as long as he has had rehab and Rest he will be fine

I will validate this in a few months-I just completely tore mine skiing. There is absolutley no stability without it and I am hearing that the rehab completely sucks!!!! So much for going to the draft this year.:boohoo:

yea i tore mine a couple years ago playing basketball and i had no problms coming back from it, it only took like 8-9 months to be 100% but some people heal diffrent

he will be fine, he just needs time to heal, whatever you get from brown this year is a blessing, let him come back slow

That's encouraging. Did u do allograft or autograft?

RB should be brought back slowly, we have RW, so we are not depleted, but relying on RW is risky, and LBook is not an every down type of back.

Let me get this straight...a cripple, a toker and a back that can't play every down and we're in good shape?? Well, seriously if Brown is 100%, we're ok....otherwise I see someone else coming on board (draft or UDFA) to stabilize the position...

I figured Bonedoc would have more technical advise on ACL tears! The damage incurred varies from case to case. Was there meniscal damage as well, collaterals involved in Brown's case? Those factors,as well as individual healing and psyche are all going to matter in his speed to which he is fully recovered.

Exactly, and Chatman is gone, so is Gado, we only have Cobbs.

Personally I hope we can land Kevin Smith, but who knows?

If we get Kevin Smith, I will be really happy. He is going to be a beast. He has amazing visions and knows right when to cut. Him and Ricky could be our thunder and lightning.
