For anyone that is interesded.
Ronnie vs. the other top rated Running Backs in the 2005 draft... So far

Ronnie: Playing well and producing when called upon. Excellent power and second effort.
126 carries-611 rushing yards-4.8 YPC
19 catches-125 receiving yards
3 TDs
1 Fumble

Caddy: Hasnt dont much since Week 3. Hurt foot and hammy. Doesnt have the burst or the blocking he had in the beginning of the season.
123 carries-496 rushing yards-4.0 YPC
7 catches-36 receiving yards
2 TDs
2 Fumbles

Benson: Hasnt seen the field much, and just really hurt his knee... Did anyone see that? the knee is not supposed to bend that way. I wouldnt be suprised if he torn something and is out for the year!
46 carries-187 rushing yards-4.1 YPC
0 catches-0 receiving yards
0 TDs
1 Fumble

J.J. Arrington: Hasnt looked good at all, and the organization doesnt seem to have to much confidence in him.
38 carries-116 rushing yards-3.1 YPC
13 catches-75 receiving yards
1 TD
0 Fumbles

JJ has no Oline put the guy in Denver Kc or Indy he will get 1200 yards easily every year

I could run for 1200 yards with their lines... whats your point...
It just seems like the team keeps being involved in trade talks for an RB. From what I have seen and read, it doesnt sound like they are really happy with him. Ive read that he doesnt take the NFL hits that well...

I thought Ronnie was a bust?

you and me both! :crazy::sidelol:

did anyone see Benson's knee injury?!?!

Flip... flip... flip... game over Benson

I thought Benson was playing really well actually. I think the 2 highest picks in the draft actually got the better backs in Benson and Brown.

Although Benson did his knee it was a bit of a freak play but I don't think that Caddy can take much more than 15 carries a game and be healthy.

Benson was playing well, letting his blocks form, being patient and he has great vision and good burst through the hole, not as good as Caddy's but still great.

He is gunna be out for a while... if not the year. Its a shame...

But you gotta love that we picked Ronnieas the best RB, and he is playing like it! :D

You mean Ronnie or Benson?

I wanted Benson initially and thought he would be the better "runner'.

But now I see the Ronnie is more the complete package and is still a great running back and probably better at running the ball than Caddy and Benson although it is way too early to tell.

Ronnie...

I have been so impressed with is vision and patience! That was the only knock on him... he was prototypical in every other aspect... And his vision and patience have been outstanding so far. He looks like a true "franchise" player...

Yeah the was basically the only knock on him and I was a bit sketchy after the first 2 weeks about his 'vision' also but now I love his vision and patience. The only other thing was his durability and I think he has more than shown that by playing every game and not sitting out any plays with injuries. He only had the hamstring in Carolina and he rushed for 130+ yards that day. :D

it is way to early to compare stats.

Caddy is injured. and only getting 8 carries a game. before he was injured he looked great.

Benson is probubly done for the season. that sucks. he finally got his chance to start and he messed up his leg.

Brown has also run well, but your OC doesnt use him enough.

after 3 or 4 seasons you can look back and see who "should" have been the higher draft pick.
