Just was curious to see where Ronnie was on the all-time Dolphin rushing list and I noticed that Ronnie needs only two yards to pass Mercury Morris and become the third all-time rusher in Dolphins history.

Morris had 3,877 yards and Ronnie currently has 3,876 yards. He will likely pass Morris on his first carry against the Saints. Ronnie so far this year has passed Tony Nathan and Jim Kiick.

Once he passed Morris, only Csonka and Ricky will be ahead of him.

And can you imagine if he would have been able to stay healthy so far in his career what his stats would look like. For all his(Saban) deficiencies Saban actually got a couple of things right.(though I still hate Saban) So happy for Ronnie

if ronnie gets Resigned to say a 5 or 6 year contract at the end of this year he will end up passing both Csonka and Williams and he should be able to pass them on Rushing tds to Ricky passed Larry C in all time dolphins rushing this year to

I'm happy for Ronnie. Hopefully, he gets a new contract with Miami so when his career is done he can be Miami's all time leading rusher.

IF? More like he better. Not resigning him and giving him what he wants will be the biggest bone head move dolphins in ... no in NFL history.

it's funny to think that at one point people were saying that Ronnie wasn't worth the #2 overall pick. When you carry your team on your back and they would be lost without you, I think that makes you worth the 1st overall pick. Run Ronnie Run

I predict he will get this next game...

i agree miami needs to re-sign him he is my altime favorite dolphin i was to young to really know what was going on when Dan Marino played so i consider Ronnie Brown my altime favorite dolphin

I honestly pity you. Watching Marino chuck the ball for most of my life was a thing of beauty that I've yet to see equaled on a football field.

we better resign ronnie i mean i really don't understand why we have not done it yet it would make sence to sign him now and not wait till the end of the seaon after he breaks all kinds of records and cost more.also it would be a classy move by the orginazation to pay him a nice contract 5 or 6 year and show him that we love him appreciate and want him to be a dolphin for the rest of his career we must sign him ASAP.........

I personally believe the reason they have nor resigned him is beacuse of the whole CBA. If there is a uncapped season next year Ronnie is a RFA which changes a lot of things. I would not be suprised that we don't resign anyone until the team fully understands what is going to happen in the next two years.

i don't think anyone is interested in getting a deal done now. the FO wants to see him stay healthy for two straight years, Brown knows he'll cash in a lot more after a great year than now.

Ronnie is a RFA after this season if its an uncapped year yo it will be interesting to see what the FO will do. Give him a new contract or tenddr him ?
