Ronnie misses Thursday practice

Sorry to bust your bubble but we do need him. My reasoning is for that little statistic that says whenever we run ronnie for more than 25 tries we win. (I think it is 25:rolleyes: )
 
it's gonna be a gametime decision. groins are funny injuries. they only get better with rest, light stretching, etc. questionable is 50-50 and this is a real accurate prognosis. :eek:
 
We do need Ronnie. But he still might play. If he really needs the rest that bad, in order to play around his level, then let him rest up and get there. for the game. Don't make him strain it more in practice.

Yeah, he still might play, but it is hard for a coach to put a player in at full speed if they don't practice at all during the week.
 
Ronnie is likely just sitting out practice to stay healthy and recover so he can play better against the Vikes, we need him in there.

I'm concerned with the short rest before the thanksgiving game. I hope he doesn't get hurt worse.
 
He is going to play this guy has been saying since the beginning of the week that he won't play I think he is a Vikings fan with wishful thinking.
 
I'd be more concerned if he was doubtful now. The fact that he's questionable and sitting out practice tells me they are just resting him for Sunday. Even if he didn't practice Friday, I still think he'll play Sunday unless the injury is worse than anyone is leading on. If he didn't play sunday, he'd have good rest till Thursday. Then with the next couple days off after the Thanksgiving game, he could get much better. I guess it's a wait and see kinda thing.

Actually you know now that I think about it he could be sitting out practice this week specifically because of the short week next week.
