ronnie said that he predicted that ricky and him will get 1000 yards each.

do u believe it
 
I believe they can get 1000 each yea as long as they both stay Healthy i dont think it will be a Problem
 
That guy has been a true professional his entire football playing career; from college to the pro's. Ronnie Brown is very capable of gaining over 1600 on his own and over 600 yards receiving. We have seen what he can do after he exploded last year before the freak injury, despite all the doubt from even the fans.

Yet he's still willing to share the rock. We're very lucky to have a player like Ronnie.

exactly and rem this ppl, when RW ran for 1800 yards it was behind a line tha the following year had many if not all out of the league. Put him behind THIS line we have now, and u got urself a great tandum and if u watched last year RB made all those yards himself majority of the time. u nevre saw holes that the jax, sd, kc, minny and such would open up.

oh ya, and parmalee will be a beast and not b/c of himself alone but also this line is good for his ability. fits hte mold perfectly.

Sure.
I read it's only been down 5 times in the NFL but I'd say Ricky and Ronnie have a good chance to do it, they have the potential.

Hey how about they both get 1,000 and Parmele gets 500 like Csonka, Morris and Kick did. Wouldn't that be something?
 
Ronnie is a beast. I was upset they drafted him over Cadillac, but it turns out a move for the best. If Ricky comes back into form like his former self, and keeps his act together, we're looking at a dangerous tandem such as McFadden and Felix Jones. (And yes, I am from Arkansas.) :)

With our improved o-line, our ground game should tear through most defenses. I would bet $200 easy that we win at least four games this season if both backs and the line stay healthy.
 
I do see it as plausible, but a tough feat. I'd predict more around 1800 combined between the two.

In 2005 they both averaged 4.4 yards/carry over a combined 375 attempts. That gave them a combined total of 1650. Ronnie had more carries.

One difference is that they had better QB production in 2005, with Frerotte having a positive TD/INT ratio.

However, if they combine for 425 carries this year at 4.4 yards/carry (just to keep it even), then they'd combine for 1870 yards. That'd make both average over 200 carries each while splitting time.

To get to 2000 combined, they'd need over 450 carries together.

Once again, it's possible. Will just be tough. Of course, they could both average 6 yards/carry and blow us all out of the water. ;)
 
If that happened, we would be in the playoffs. But the sad reality is that our quarterbacks scare no one, and our receivers don't either. I expect eight in the box with the exception of the most obvious passing downs.
 
It's nice to dream, i think Ronnie doesn't need to predict anything, he just needs to get back on the field and prove he's healthy before we all start making predictions.

This is what SUNK Cam and I hope this staff doesn't make the same mistake. Ronnie is your best player......ride him!! Don't have Ronnie returning kicks. Don't have Ronnie on the bench in the 4th quarter. Give Ronnie the ball 20+ times a game, spice in Ricky on occasion and thats it.

Exactly. He proved time and time again that if you let him stay in there, he can tear apart a defense. Cameron went to Chatman way too often in the early games.
