just read a article that said that ronnie hopes the teams keeps ricky and not trade him like the rumor that is going around is stating.he said it would be nice cause it's a long season and they are both unselfish and ricky said he really likes ronnie i mean these two guys are class acts.yes ricky has made some mistakes but he is a good kid he is a team player saban loves the kid and i think he is a changed kid i hope we keep him and watch out for those 0'6 fins baby!!!!!!!! :dolphins: p.s they also talk in the article about how they learn from each other i mean we are talking two great backs here these guys can go down as two of the best in the history of the nfl barring injury......

I've said this before that I don't see a reasonable possibility of getting out of Ricky via trade, something equal or greater than the current value he has to the team.

Yesterday's game showed why having two studs at RB, especially when one is as affordable as is Ricky, is a good thing. If this game had counted and we had to depend on Gus to win it, I'm not sure I would have been all that confident.

I'm all for two... I think... I mean i'm pretty sure... Yeah keep both... 1st rounder? hmm... Nope want to keep both...

Now, I was never a big time Ricky fan, but he has to stay. This could be one of the greatest one-two punches in NFL history. You have Ricky who is a power back, and you have Ronnie who will become a power back. This will be a punnishing rusing attack next season! I think were set to make a run at the Pats for the division next year! Merry Christmas...:dolphins:

what everyone doesn't understand is ricky isn't going to be cheap forever...he can hold out and wait for a new contract...i don't see a rb as elite as him playing for peanuts just to play for us and be a backup.

Im all 4 keeping Ricky.Anything that helps the team.I think keeping Ricky helps us more then tradeing him.We are not going to get back the 2 1rst round picks we gave up to get him.I think we get a 3rd for him at best.Hes worth more then a 3rd.

I think he will be happy with a 1 - 2 mil base and incentives. Also remember that money is not that important to Ricky and that the Phins arent trying to recoup the 8 so thats huge.

if we have both of them next year, watch out for the miami dolphins

If he was in it for the money he would have stayed the first time around kept his mansion and not went to live in a tent

Im not even sure what I want at this point. I want Ronnie to take the full load because I believe he can be an elite back in this league. But Ricky is just so good too. Doesnt anyone miss Ricky taking 25+ handoffs every week? I sure do. I want more of the same from Ronnie and that is why I want just 1 back.

Last time we had 2 great backs was back in the 70's and we all know what happened back then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
